End User License Agreement

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
